At the location of the former old Hotel Zvezda, in the central part of the Promenade and with a surface area of 11,445 m2, lies the magnificent Hotel Zepter, one of the largest and most impressive hotels in Vrnjačka Banja. The hotel is a unique blend of the old and new part. The old part, dating from 1920, was built on the Promenade, the main pedestrian zone of Vrnjačka Banja, beside the Vrnjačka River, and its external architecture is protected by law as a historical monument. The new, larger part of the hotel, faces the street parallel to the Promenade, which gives the hotel perfect position and good access from all sides.
Zepter Hotel has 86 classic rooms, 10 studio rooms, 18 deluxe rooms and 4 deluxe suites.
